We have small class sizes of only 8 participants per class in Dural and 10 in Kellyvillle.

We teach using the Pilates method. Why? Because we know it works.
Pilates, when practiced regularly (we recommend at least 3 sessions per week) will help you to achieve your goals. Pilates is known to help reduce back pain, create long and toned muscles, a stronger core, mind-body awareness, fewer injuries, and most importantly, a happier mindset.
We can help you reduce back pain, guide you through a prenatal or postnatal Pilates class, and help you return to exercise.
We make movement fun! Exercise shouldn't be about punishing our bodies; we believe it should be about celebrating what it can do!
We are a fitness-based Pilates studio which means we aim to get you moving and working up a sweat, all while working within the Pilates principles of Breath, Concentration, Control, Precision, Centre and Flow.
Sometimes things get a little spicy with our variety of props like our Bala bangles, resistance balls and weighted bars. But, hey, this just adds to the fun... right? We think so!
New to Pilates? Don't worry we have classes to cover all levels. Try our Beginner class if you're brand new to Pilates and as soon as you're feeling ready, you can hop into our other class levels with different layer options given to you each class so you can work to your own pace.
