What is your favourite Pilates exercise?
I love them all but swan dive and snake are favourites!

Are you an early bird or night owl?
More of a middle of the day kind of person, 10am - 3pm!

Likes?
Kind people, smoothie bowls, sunsets with a spicy marg and good friends.

Dislikes?
Rude & ingenuine people, flying insects, magpies.

Cardio exercise!, green peas, snakes, people putting too much pressure on themselves.

Right now it’s any variation a good old teaser.

Going on hot girl walks, the beach + gym, horse riding, and of course annoying my sister and boyfriend!

Side Lying Series, heavy spring - burns like crazy but your booty will thank me.

I love helping people become and transform into their best, most confident and healthiest self.

I’m currently on the matcha train so iced almond matcha with honey ;) (hint,hint) and always finish the day with peppermint tea!

What is your favourite Pilates exercise?

I love working the glutes so I would have to say side lying glute work.

Are you an early bird or night owl?

I’m a mix of both! I get up early but not too early and same with going to bed! But I aspire to become an early bird ahaha

Obsessed with all things to do with Pilates, Morning walks, Summer, Fruit and hanging out with family and friends

Gluten and Dairy, Negative people, Slow walkers!

What is the best thing about teaching Pilates?

When people tell me how much better they feel after a class and how much more mobile/stronger they have become! Seeing people improve and show up for themselves is the best. 

Coffee or tea?

Lactose free cap with 1 raw sugar is my go-to! In the arvo it's a matcha latte or iced matcha.... Although, very few cafe's do them well! :') 

What is your favourite Pilates exercise?

Oooo I think reverse teaser on the box is my favourite to break-down and to see people advance in that exercise.

Are you an early bird or night owl?

I don't think I am either... Haha. However, I would rather be up early and have the rest of the day free! 

Likes?

Travelling! If I could travel the world for the rest of my life, I would!

Dislikes?

Gosh... Rude people and anchovies! I also don't like that my tummy is sensitive and doesn't allow me to eat most foods without it freaking out (I love food, so it's kinda rude)

What is the best thing about teaching Yoga?

​I discovered yoga after having children and fell in love with how it made me feel connected to my body and in tune with my thoughts and emotions. I found this great balance between physical strength and flexibility while learning how to be more focused, calmer and have much (much!) more patience.
I love that when I teach can empower students to find that mind-body connection. I also believe it is so important to learn to find time for yourself, to nourish your mind, body and soul.

Both! Depends on the time of day

What is your favourite Yoga pose?

​Warrior 3 is one of them. Perfect combination of flexibility, strength and the ability to focus and balance. Love it!

What is the best thing about teaching Pilates?

The best thing about teaching Pilates is a combination of seeing growth in all my clients over time, the amazing relationships that are made within the community as well as the fact that I get to move my body everyday! Not to mention I have a whole audience for my hilarious jokes.

​Right now, I love long spine and thigh stretch

What is the best thing about teaching Pilates?

My main goal of the class, no matter what age is to get the body moving & push themselves in ways they didn't think they could; i love supporting people to better themselves for the long run both mentally & physically!

Ohhhhh anything upside down, i love getting twisty

Early mornings are my time to shine, as soon as the sun is down I am out like a light

What is the best thing about teaching Pilates?

Seeing clients improve in exercises they may have struggled with in the early stages, and laughing through the burn together knowing everyone has had a good workout and enjoyed it.

Both! Coffee in the morning and tea after dinner.

What is your favourite Pilates exercise?

​I am partial to a teaser or anything core focussed to challenge me but I also love short spine and feet in straps for some stretchy-time.

Early Bird for sure! I’ll see ya for Pilates before the sun wakes up.

Reformer Pilates of course ;) Fitness, Art, Cooking, Fashion and Dogs (especially my furbabies).
